I can’t handle the scent on the new Refresh and Renew. Please bring back the plain White. Thank you

Dial white bar soap has been my favorite cleansing bar for ages, all the way back to the '60s. I still use it today, over 50 years later! From the mild, non perfumy fragrance to the way it leaves my skin feeling so soft, it's the best. Also, it is hard milled to last longer.

My daughter and I both have eczema and extremely dry, sensitive skin. The change has caused terrible flares for both us. Something that was added has caused allergic reaction. Why did you add sorbitol? Please bring back the old formula. This new Renew variety is terrible. We are looking for a replacement…would love some suggestions!?!?

you've stopped making original dial? why? you didn't just rename it did you? instead of trying to just bring in new customers how about considering your old customers who've been loyal to you for decades?

My family and I have been using the Original white dial for years!!! I have very sensitive skin and this is the only soap I could use! In the healthcare setting, we recommended this soap to our patients after surgery to prevent post op infections!! This is the worst marketing decision you’ve made in years! Please bring back the Original white unscented Dial!! You would think in this new era of increased allergies, you would keep your product on the shelves. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing any more of your products or recommending them.

Please get rid of these strong smelling soaps. I can smell them in the next room all day long. Dial bar soap has been my staple for many years. I can no longer buy it. Get rid of the overly fragrant soap.

Please bring back the plain old white soap. This new version sucks. We will not buy it again and you’ve lost a customer of 20 years. I’d rate it with negative numbers if I could.

I've been using Dial products like shower soap, hand wash liquid, face wash liquid, bar soaps, well all of their products and probably haven't had something not Dial in my home for like 20 years. I am an avid bar user and reviewing the bar series Refresh & Renew I suggest it for 99999/100000 people I understand the issues with individuals and skin conditions, speaking on which of my own or minimum specifications Dial has always put performed competitors. I haven't had to worry about a specific strength in scent for male/female exclusive, never felt dried out and feeling silky smooth (sometimes too much bc of the way I use it?) but 100% a product that gets good reviews from everyone I've known.

My review is much like many others here. Dial Refresh Renew is horrible. It stinks, leaves my tub EXTREMELY SLIPPERY and I noticed I must scrub it every other day or I will risk a falling hazard, and it makes my skin and vagina itch. I am throwing away 11 bars and looking for a new product. Please do not respond with your standard please email us response. You have all you need to know right here on your review pages. I was happy to see I am not alone in noticing all the same things as others have. Dial needs to just do something about this mistake and substantial loss of long -time consumer sales and stop wasting our time and money on this substandard and ridiculous product. What were you thinking? This must be a substantial cost-savings gone bad attempt.

The BEST Soap ever, amazing in skin & leaves skin feeling smooth.

I have been using the dial bar soap for years. I understand and accept change to be healthier and better for the environment, but I feel like I am using nothing but water to shower. No lather at all. It’s like I’m wasting money. People are complaining about scent, but I thought that was fine. Time to find a new soap that actually leaves me feeling clean.

It’s a nice soap. Really gets the dirt out but I kind of miss my old Irish spring.

This soap lathers really good. I use to use Lever 2000 but it no longer lathers good. Hasn't for quite a few years....can't figure out why Lever changed that product. So, I've been on a search for a good lathering soap and I found it in this Dial. There is little to no scent.

I used to use Tropical Escape. It was great for my sensitive skin and the scent was amazing and not overpowering. They suggested I try others that they sell. None of them have worked for my allergies. Skin breaks out or is dry and the scent ugs my head up. Wish they would bring back Tropical Escape!

Friends I have purchased white Dial soap 46 years, I no longer use; due to the strong scent of all the new white bars types products. Sad Dial could ruin such a fine quality product. Looking for a new brand.

My husband and I also miss the berry glycerin soap. I check every time we go shopping. We are using the white antibacterial bar right now, but the berry is less drying to our skin. Please bring it back. Thank you

I’m an esthetician, I absolutely love both the gold and white bar. Change is necessary, no young person wants to support or buy from a brand that isn’t cruelty free. The soap will continue to be recommended for many generations and the company adapts to change. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Bring back the old stuff. Smell and texture are unacceptable.
