Bought this tonight. 32 ounce body wash. The TOP does NOT work!!!! The only reason I bought dual body wash was bc it had a press down top and it does not work. It is cheap and cruddy!!! I can not believe this would pass a basic quality inspection!! Do BETtER fast. Caused me to have to get out of the shower and I fell and caused a huge argument because no one could get the stupid bottle of soap open!! Your fault dial.

The new formula is awful. The scent is overly perfume and chemically. It doesn’t lather and is is super thin. It doesn’t leave your hands feeling clean like it used to - it doesn’t lather yet leaves a weird film on your skin. The scent is awful and completely overbearing - nothing like the original spring water scent. This used to be our favorite hand soap too. We’ll have to change to something else.

Used bars for years. Bought a 4 pak of liquid hand pumps. Couldn't get two open. Took them to my younger cleaning lady, who in turn took them to her former rodeo rider husband! No one could make the tops functional.. Frustrating waste of my time and money. Senior marketing needs to produce a better product. Also find this rating process cumbersome and time consuming. You should be able to produce a better product! with a faster way of posting complaints!

Absolutely terrible. Puts a glue like substance on your hands after thoroughly rinsng! Ihad toother soap to get my hands clean of it! What a terrible product!

The new “improved” formula is horrid. The smell is overly perfumed and overwhelming. I have two big refill bottles that I’m going to relegate to the guest bathroom because I can’t stand it. As others have said, it smells like toilet cleaner or bathroom spray. I’m switching to a different brand now for good. I work from home and cook a lot, so washing my hands with this all day is too much.

The addition of aloe to the Dial hand soap is not better. Feels slimy, does not rinse off well and is leaving a film in all of our sinks. I gave always used the Spring Water scent as it is not an overpowering scent. I'm not able to wash it off of my hands, so when I use it in the bathroom, I feel it when I go to apply my hair products. I thought it was me until my stylist asked what I did to my hair! No other change in my routine but the Dial. Switched to other hand soap, hair issue is gone.

This product is so watered down any squirt runs off the hands before I can scrub. Bigger size hah, you go through it 4 times faster than any other liquid soap I have ever used. I won’t be buy g this again

Bought last week and This is not soap this is scented water. There is no leather, and it leaves hands feeling dry even though it states moisturizing conditioner. It does state on the refill bottle only use and dial complete liquid hand soap pump so maybe that’s why it doesn’t lather?

Love the product itself.. But the inflated cost is hurting my budget use to be affordable. I resorted to buying the refill bottle i get approximately (4-5) 11oz bottles out of it. But opening the refill bottle is a nightmare as its almost impossible to unscrew to remove the safety tab underneath my latest bottle resorted me breaking the flip cap trying to open it and then resulting me to pucture the tab with a fork. Not exactly the way i want to use the product.

I tried the Dial Liquid Antibacterial Hand Soap Spring Water and I was very pleased with it. The size is a nice amount of 7.5 oz. The foam is a nice amount with a press of the pump. It is light and fresh on the hands. It does not lather up but it cleans my hands very nicely. They smell fresh and clean! I recommend this hand soap to anyone. It kills bacteria and I love that it does the job!

I enjoy this foaming hand soap because you do not have to use as much product as regular soap. Just a little squirt will give you a nice foam that lathers very well. It lasts for a very long time. The smell is nice but not overpowering on my hands. It's easy for kids to use also without making a mess & it doesn't drip everywhere.
