Diaper Genie Jumbo Square Disposal Bag Refill

TERRIBLE QUALITY! I don’t know what they changed when they made these square but the bags are much thinner and tear easily. I personally don’t find that they last much longer either. I wish they still made the pails with circular openings.

Didn't fit my pail. It clearly says it will not all the three sizes on the item, but it was wrong. Returning it ASAP

This Diaper Genie Jumbo Disposal Bag Refill has been a lifesaver since moving into a townhome where I have to store trash bins in the garage per HOA rules. With two small dogs, I needed an odor-free solution for their waste, and the Diaper Genie compact, along with these refills, has been perfect. The bags hold in any odor incredibly well, and each refill lasts a long time—I’m still on my first one after two months! It’s convenient to simply pull it out and toss it every other week before trash day. Highly recommended for pet owners needing a practical odor solution.

Wish they made 3 packs or something for these! One refill lasts me around a month to two months, depending on how quickly i fill my diaper genie.

I like the fact that it is larger capacity and holds more bags, so I don’t have to change out the refill as frequently. It is the most frustrating thing when you are constantly a refilling. These containers reduce the need, therefore more eco-friendly. I feel like it traps in odors very well, and the odors don’t seep through the bags. Super easy to change the refills as well. I honestly initially didn’t love how to change the bags (slicing it off and knotting it together) but I have gotten used to it. Changing out the refill was easy to do and didn’t take much time. The size was pretty good, a lot of time goes by before you need to use it! Odor control was great, it did an effective job of keeping the yucky odors inside the pail. It was easy to remove the old roll and put this in and get it ready for dirty diapers. The square shape is nice, it keeps my older kids from wanting to roll it around. The jumbo size is great, I like not needing to change the bag roll very often. And the eco-friendly design makes me feel a little better about myself. The odor control of the bag is pretty good, when it's tied up you can't smell very much. Overall, this jumbo refill roll is pretty nice.

This refill pack is still going strong after a month and we aren’t even close to needing a new refill yet. The square design is extremely easy to open and replace in the diaper genie. The instructions are clear and it only takes me about a minute to install the new refill. As a large and still growing family we definitely appreciate the fact that this company has taken steps to make the refills more eco friendly. We are always looking for products that will reduce our ecological footprint. Now most importantly, these refill are great with keeping any stink in our nursery at bay. As long as the diaper pail lid is closed, there is no smell. When the pail is open, you will sometimes get a quick whiff of diapers. This is not a huge con for my family, but I would appreciate if there was an option for scented refill packs (I’m thinking maybe a subtle lavender!). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Diaper Genie Jumbo Square Refill 810ct from Stellar Produce Testing Panel. My overall impression to this refill was WOW! I love how large it is and I immediately thought how convenient this is to not have to worry about frequently replacing the refills. The size was compact enough that it fits perfectly in the diaper genie and also contains the 810 ct refills very compactly. I have been using the same refill for over one month now and I can tell it still has a lot of life left in it. The fact that I don't have to worry about always ordering/refilling the refills is such a huge positive to this product. The square design is cool! I personally like it. It is very easy to install and fit within the Diaper Genie. The materials of the refill bags is very durable and traps the odor VERY well. The bags are easy to rip off when they needed to be removed and also very easy to tie in a knot to contain all the diapers. The fact that the refills are eco friendly makes me like this product so much more. The amount of waste that is created from all the diapers makes me cringe, so knowing that they are all contained and stored in an eco friendly refill bag makes me happy.

I currently have a ten and a half month old baby and I am thirty two weeks pregnant with baby number four. I will have my full share of dirty diapers that I will need to throw out. This jumbo refill is exactly what I need!! It is so easy to install into my diaper genie. The size is excellent! I know I will fit more in it with newborn diapers than my daughter's size three diapers, but I am so glad how many it holds. The square design is super easy to change. The most impressive part about these bags is the odor control! Like I said my daughter is ten and a half months and we throw every poopy diaper in it. There is zero smell in her room! I am so impressed that it holds the odor completely leaves absolutely zero smell in her room. We only empty it once a week for garbage day. I highly recommend these diaper genie refills!

It lasts twice as long as others and it really holds in the smell. The bag when pulled down inside the pail fits nicely and leaves plant of room to fill up! I haven't had any issues with rips or tears and it's super easy to pull down and tie to start a new bag. I love that it's square instead of round. It allows for a larger open area for putting larger dirty diapers through. After pulling the plastic strip off to get it started, it easily came over the sides and down through the middle. Much easier than the round refills. I am extremely glad to see this and highly recommend trying if you have a baby that puts out some big diapers!!

The size if compact which is great as it doesn't take up much space in my home which is also great as I am not a fan of clutter and prefer to keep my home minimalistic. The design is great too and have not had any issues with it not being a different design. It's small, sleek and compact. The bags eliminate odors completely, I did not smell any odors that were unpleasant which was great to find as I like to keep my home fresh and clean which can be a challenge with small children and babies. The square shape is a huge upgrade and make it so easy to get a diaper (especially a blow out) inside the pail without much effort at all. The odor control was supreme and kept all smell inside. Ease of use is high on my priority list as a new parent that is sleep deprived. The square shaped design helped allow the diaper to get inserted easier compared to the typical round shape of other diaper pails. This is especially helpful when you are in larger sizes of diapers and the diapers are bigger. Odor control was top notch which is the main point of using these bags. I’ve never heard of square diaper pail refills and these turned out to be pretty good. The refill was easy to install, but the refill didn’t mask the stinky smells as well as I’d hoped, but it wasn’t stinky enough to be a deal breaker. The square design will definitely hold more diapers I’m assuming than a round design would. Despite the odor-masking not working the best (or maybe my kids’ diapers are just extra stinky) I am glad to have tried these and will continue purchasing.

I really like how you just cut and tie when it’s full and keep using the jumbo roll until it’s gone. We’ve been using it for about 2 months now and I’ve only had to cut and tie once so far. I didn’t think that that pail could hold that much! I appreciate that they are a lot more eco-friendly than many other diaper pails with refill cartridges. The square-shaped refill design is effective and makes it easy to install and use, simple as tear tab, open lid, pull bag and place. I think odor control is great, I haven’t noticed any smell of rancid diapers since I started using it and trust me, little girl can smell up a diaper/room. We really like this product and will definitely continue to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Diaper Genie jumbo Square refills were a great addition to our Nursery and Diaper Genie system! To start, the installation process was very easy and the square refill bags held a lot more dirty diapers then the circle shaped bags we were previously using, which meant more time between when we needed to empty the diaper genie. The quality of the bags were excellent, and when removed from the Diaper Genie, we did not smell anything coming out of those bags. The odor control was incredibly helpful, especially because we have a new baby, and sometimes don't have time to take out the trash--to be honest there were times where we left the bag of diapers by the door for days when we didn't have time to deal with it, and we did not notice the smell at all. The bigger cross section of the square bags also meant I didn't have to scrunch the diapers really small when wrapping them, so I spent less time handling the diapers. Although this product was marketed as having an eco-friendly design, I can't speak to how this aspect of these refills compares to similar products. The Diaper Genie model we had been using previously required round refills. I really like the jumbo square refill for the Diaper Genie. The bags are made of a very thick, opaque material, which helps contain odors. I like that the jumbo size is an option for this pail as it cuts down on how often I need to change out the refill. It's also very easy to open and replace in the diaper pail itself. The square shape also stacks much more nicely in our closet as compared to the round refills we were used to, so it doesn't waste storage space. I would definitely recommend these refills to anyone who uses their Diaper Genie as much as we do.
