submitted byKevin K - 2 years agoA: 12 minutes is not right, ours runs quite a while, my mother was able to do the whole house on a charge. we haven't tested it as she tends to charge it after she's done, but it's way longer than 12 min.

Q: I bought this vacuum for my mom on Dec.19, 2021. It has no suction. If you use just the handheld it has suction-if you out it on the stick no suction. We have taken it apart & there is nothing plugged

Q: I have charged the vacuum but when I turn it on it turns off immediately. What could be wrong? It can’t be overheating it does not stay on long enough.
