Our internal product safety procedures are designed to meet or exceed regulations and laws enforced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and their regulatory counterparts around the world. In toys, BPA is most often found in a material called polycarbonate, which is a very strong and clear plastic that is used in many products to prevent them from shattering or breaking. We set a standard that polycarbonate cannot be used in any product that is intended to be mouthed or touch food or made for a child under the age of 3, with the exception of power adapters and DVDs. The arms are hard rubber and the tops/shirts are long sleeve rubber tops, so to change the dolls’ tops, you have to shove a small rubber stick (arm) with a rubber hand at the end of it into a small rubber tube, twice (once for each sleeve). It’s nearly impossible for an adult to do, much less a 5 year old child. We just bought this today and one of the tops already has a rip in one of the sleeves because of how impossible the whole procedure is. And every time my child wants to change a top, it ends up being me changing the top.

They are very cute! My daughter was very excited. As other reviews say, Kristoff's legs do not bend in a way that allows him to ride Sven which is dumb, but still a cute set! Our biggest issue was that after only a week, one of Anna's arms broke off. My daughter is not a rough-play kid either. The way the arms are designed, you just have to be careful about the way you put the shirts on and pull them off. (Target did send us a replacement. So we are just a lot more careful now!) I still definitely recommend them!

This set is very cute, but poorly made. The silicone clothing tore the first time we tried to put it on. Unfortunately, this set is not worth the money.

My daughter loved it and how you can change their clothing. Downside is that the princesses can’t stand and the tops are made of a rubbery material and was easily ripped in half when pulling it off.

Not well designed. Figures too small. Silicone shirt sticks. This was our daughter’s top request for her birthday. She has had it less than 3 weeks. Elsa’s arm just broke off at the shoulder. The shirt is silicone, so the arms somewhat stick inside of the long sleeves, and the arms are pretty thin, due the very small size of the figures. The arm was stuck inside the sleeve, before I pried it out. My daughter is bawling her eyes out right now because her favorite toy/new birthday gift is ruined. I am upset I wasted $30. The price for the size made me hesitate buying it in the first place but, like I said, it was top of my kid’s wishlist, so I took a chance. NOT WORTH IT!

These are really cool toys. My toddler loves them however she can’t dress or undress them. It’s really difficult for me and I have fine motors skills as a 30+yr old. Frozen is especially loved by toddlers so I do think these should’ve been made a little friendlier for their younger audience. I would recommend for a 6yr old and up although they may get frustrated with all the work it takes the feet the figures dressed and undressed. Kristoff is just there. He’s not makes to do anything.

Figures are on the smaller size. The capes for the girls do not stay on good at all and the clothes, in general, are very hard for kids to do alone. Christoff is not made to where he can ride Sven…but my 4 year old is happy so I’m happy.

My kid loves this set. It’s really cool, except that there’s a strange design choice for Kristoff to be less articulated than Elsa and Anna, which means he can’t ride Sven. It’s sort of weird.

The downside to the toy set is that the hard accessories are difficult to put on and take off. Also, the ring that hold the characters on the horse and reindeer are hard to secure. I would have liked to see this toy be a little bit larger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love this toy!!! They have been playing with the Disney Frozen Fashions and Friends set on out Livingroom floor for 3 weeks straight. My kids play like they are watching the movie and create their own adventures. The water horse and Sven are fantastic addition to the set! The clothing accessories are easy to put on and take off. My little girl asks if Elsa's Ice Castle is available. She wants to have the entire Frozen family living there. There really is not much wrong with this toy. I feel some more accessories for Kristof and Olof. Maybe for Sven and the Ice horse could use some saddles or carrots. Very strong and durable to play with. My kids are a little rough with the toys and so far they hold up very well. Even when my kids put the outfits on Elsa and Anna they do not break. A little hard to put on but, very strong material. The dress is really nice and I'm concerned it will break . The box the toys come in is good as a case for the kids to put the toys back in to keep safe and not all over the living room floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is absolutely perfect for fans of Frozen 2. The dolls are so detailed. Their clothes, hair, everything looks just like the characters in the movie. Anna and Elsa even include changes of clothing that can be mixed and matched. The material that the shirts are made out of is a little tricky to work with and I do worry that a little kiddo might accidentally rip a shirt while trying to change a doll's clothes, but the material is fairly thick and there is a big enough gap in the back of the shirt that it allows for more flexibility while changing the doll so likely it will be fine. My kids also love that Anna and Elsa can ride the horse and Sven. There is a little plastic piece that can go around the doll's waist to hold it in place while it rides. Unfortunately that plastic piece is too small to fit around Kristoff, but my kids haven't been too bothered by that. Olaf and Bruni the lizard are also included and they seem like the correct size to be proportionate with the dolls. The dolls are moveable: with arms that go up and down, heads that go side to side, and the girls even have legs that can bend so they can sit on the horse or Sven. Kristoff is able to stand on his own. It's a great set for hours of fun, creative play.

I will say that the tops made with moldable material are a little challenging for small fingers to manipulate. Our least favorite aspect of this set is the smaller pieces, especially the lizard. This is too easy to lose or misplace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disney Frozen Fashions & Friends Set provides hours of entertainment and play. The set comes with Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, Sven, the Nokk (water spirit/stallion) and Bruni (fire spirit/salamander) as well as an extra outfit and cape for both Elsa and Anna. Both Elsa and Anna have knee joints allowing them to bend their legs and sit on either Sven or the Nokk’s back. Both my 8-year-old and my 4-year-old loved playing with this set, especially frequently changing the clothes. The skirts for both Elsa and Anna slip on and off easily. The tops are made of a flexible plastic or rubber and required a little more effort to get on and off. The capes required working around the hard plastic hair and at times turning the doll’s head half way around to get the cape on. Once the cape was on however, it stayed on (no falling off). The only disappointment that my kids had was that Kristoff cannot ride on Sven. Kristoff can bend at the hip to sit (with legs straight out) but not at the knee. Both Sven and the Nokk have a plastic piece that hold the rider around the waist. Sven’s sticks up out of his back and holds the rider from the back. The Nokk’s is attached to the mane and holds the rider from the front. Sven’s harness is removable if desired. I especially liked that this set has enough pieces that my 8-year-old and 4-year-old were able to play together.
