Q: How do you take seat off to wash?????????
A: The fabric seat can be removed from the walker and machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. It should be left to air dry. To remove the fabric seat, locate the 3 rectangular plastic pegs on the front of the seat. Rotate the pegs and pull through the slots. Then locate the 4 straps with buckles on the underside of the tray. To release, pull firmly on strap to place buckle in upright position, then fit it through the opening.

Q: Does this move ok on carpet?
A: Have you taken off the stoppers on the bottom had to do that with my nieces and now she can move like crazy

submitted byDorel Product Expert - 8 years agoA: How thick is the carpet? Our bedroom has carpet and it's pretty low and not too plush but my daughter struggles with the walker on carpet. We have a low pile rug and it works well on a living room rug.

Q: How do i get it to adjust up or down
A: I have no idea. It was a gift from a registry. Usually there are metal buttobs to depress for height adjustment but I am uncertsin on this particular model.
submitted bymacarthurb - 8 years agoA: The Winnie the Pooh Music & Lights adjusts up and down with the height adjustment latch on the underside of the toy tray. To adjust the height, hold side button and press the latch up. While pressing, raise or lower the tray assembly to the desired position with the other hand.

Q: What color is the walker (pink or purple)?

Considering most photos except for the one are light pink I would assume it is pink, it looks as if someone edited a photo misrepresenting the item. This photo should be flagged/removed

Q: Do the wheels swivel? Can the walker only move backwards and forwards?
A: Unfortunately the back wheels do not swivel. But I know that the front ones do but it's still made it a little bit difficult for my daughter to move around in it too much because she likes going sideways but it was mainly for the back and forth motion.

Q: Do the wheels lock so the walker can be used as a stable bouncer?
A: The wheels do not lock on the Winnie the Pooh Music & Lights Walker. The walker is not designed to bounce. The seat does have three different height adjustments to get the best fit for the child.

Q: Can you remove the toys from the tray?
A: The toys can be removed from the activity tray, but it would leave the attachement holes exposed. The activity trays do swing open for access to a smooth, solid tray underneath.
