I had high hopes for The Princess and the Frog, but I’m incredibly disappointed. The songs included are NOT from the original movie soundtrack, which is the main reason I purchased it. I expected the beloved music from the film, but instead, it features generic songs that don’t capture the magic of the movie. This was a letdown not just for me, but for my kids who were excited to sing along to the songs they know and love. If you’re looking for authentic music from the movie, this is not it. Save your money and do not purchase!

It’s already difficult to find decent amount of things for Princess Tiana. Now you have a Toni’s options with barely any musical movie content. I can’t help but wonder if race may be the reason she gets the least amount of things. That’s sad considering she’s such a pillar of inspiration. Little girls see themselves when they see her. Do better!
