Brooklyn Cross has set the stage in Disobedient Pawn and I can't wait to see where she takes this in the next book Defiant Knight.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Disobedient Pawn, by Brooklyn Cross, is everything that you want in an Academy enemies to lovers RH. Plenty of angst and drama, mystery, feisty intelligent FMC, hot athletic guys from mafia families, and a great storyline! I love that we are really getting the chance to get to know the characters in this book while watching their personalities emerge. It's much more satisfying to me to have the attraction between the characters slowly build then just be instant. It makes the whole story feel more intimate!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I've been soooo looking forward to reading this and when I bought it, I literally dropped everything and binged read this. I DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I absolutely LOOOOVED Ren!!! OMG! She was a literal BAMF! Brooklyn TOTALLY nailed it with this one! I AM 1000% INVESTED!!! Definitely anticipating the next book!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Brooklyn Cross is such a fantastic author that I always find it difficult to find anything wrong with her books. This is a reverse harem story that has quite a bit of spice in it, but also has a really well developed plot. There is a lot of mystery to this story and you won't see several events coming, which I loved. It's absolutely worth the read and it has me dying for book two!
