submitted byDixie - 1 year agoBrand expertA: I've re-used a cup. HOW EVER - I wouldn't let a drink sit in it all day, then reuse it to make coffee ib it. They are very strong, but even these have a limit to what they can do.

Q: Are these cups freezer safe?
A: Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia-Pacific. PerfecTouch cups are designed to serve hot and cold drinks. Storage of these cups in the freezer, both with and without liquid, has not been evaluated. Thank you.

A: Hi there, this is KB from Georgia-Pacific Consumer Response Center. We appreciate you contacting us about Dixie®. Our products can be used safely in a microwave for reheating liquids. However, the capabilities of the microwave, the type of liquid and reheating practices all vary, so we do not make any specific guarantees about the use of our cups in the microwave. We advise using caution when reheating in a microwave and to always follow the microwave manufacturer's directions.

Q: What are these cups made from? There's conflicting info on this page. Example: "- Cups contain no polystyrene foam [...] - Material: Polystyrene, Paper" Thanks for your help!
A: Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia Pacific. The cup is a paper cup that contains no polystyrene foam and is insulated with air bubbles that gives the exterior a soft, textured feel. The lid however is polystyrene (PS). Thank you.
