Great for arthritis! Reduces inflammation through the whole body!! I hardly ever taken ibuprofen . I've been taking it for years. BTW- taken an empty stomach for maximum effectiveness. It's an enzyme.

The serrapeptase may be of good quality, I DON'T KNOW. Because, since they use a VERY BAD filler (DI-CALCIUM PHOSPHATE) I immediately returned the bottle unopened. Di-calcium Phosphate is a form of the calcium that the body doesn't utilize well, and may contribute to vascular and muscular damage. For that reason I would not recommend this product.

This is my favorite serrapeptase. The small and light capsules are very easy to take and to digest. It is now the only serrapeptase that I purchase. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to take this supplement. Wish Swanson had it in liquid gel capsules as I was told this was the best form to take this in. I got the capsules, which I think is better than tablets. Not sure how good it's working yet, but I think any is better than nothing so trying it this way.

Enteric-coated is essential for stomach acid to not destroy enzymatic properties, as enzymes are protein and the stomach will destroy its properties when digested UNLESS the enteric-coated supplement by-passes to the small intestines. Dr Best is why I get their product, along with enteric-coated nattokinase. I take 5-6 Wobenzym (German formula), 2 Serrapeptase and 2 Dr's Best enteric-coated nattokinase tablets on empty stomach for systemic enzymatic therapy. Plenty of info online for this therapeutic approach, check it out.

Wish I could say what I really wanted to say..But this enzyme is remarkable. If you are thinking of using it Please don't hesitate. My aunt took this at 120,000se 2x per day for a few months and now she is so glad she did. She has a new lease on life and is telling everyone who will listen what a change that has taken place. Dr's Best works extremely well and for the price you can't go wrong. Does not upset the stomach and works quickly. And I can't say enough that it is such a great value for such and effective product. Thanks Swanson for high quality products that are easy on the pockets!

This product works GREAT. I tried other brands of but then came back to this brand permanently. It is good for a whole slew of different things and is easy on the stomach lining. Do a SEARCH on Serrapeptase to see the different benefits of taking this capsule.

It is a very good price for this enzyme. Way cheaper than Vitalzym :) I take this on empty stomach away from food. And I feel good taking this with other digestive enzymes I ordered from Swanson. What I like about this brand is that it does not contain any questionable fillers. I will be ordering it again.

I started out with Doctors Best brand of serrapeptase and had great results with my joints...then switched to Solaray - big mistake... Promptly, switched back to Doctors Best! This is the brand, that works for me (= BTW -- For best results, I take on an empty stomach in AM, and wait @ 1/2 hr. befoe eating.

I first starting taking Serrapeptase using the Solaray Brand and that worked very well. I thought I would look for a better value and tried Doctor's Best. I don't kow why but this brand had no helpful effect for me. I had to switch back to the Solaray brand.
