Why did you change the seasoning recipe and the quality of the pretzels. Will not purchase again. Not the same quality of product that the Velva plant made.

Dots Pretzels are not the same since Hershey bought them. There is less flavor than the original Dots Velva, ND. Hershey closed the Velva plant in 2023 and now it’s just a corporate conglomerate brand. I won’t buy Dots again after Hershey ruined the recipe. Probably to save a dime thanks to accountants.

I had been avoiding the Dot's pretzel line because they always felt more expensive than say Utz. However I'm finding I now regret that, to me they are like pretzels with the same seasoning as the "Bold" Chex mix bags. They are good, crunchy, and AMAZING with hummus.

I tried these for the first time, and wasn't aware that there was cayenne pepper in them. Nowhere on the packaging lists it as an ingredient; in fact, the packaging just says "spices." I've heard such good things about these only to be disappointed after eating two. My face and throat are itchy, and my eyes are watery. I wouldn't have picked up a package if I had known.

Just bought a bag, and I am still impressed with the flavor! Although, there is not nearly enough seasoning. My fingers used to be covered in seasoning whenever I ate them. Now, there is barely anything, and the twists lack that impact they used to have.

My family, and I love these pretzels, I can't keep them in house long. My only problem is that the sodium count is high. I wish you had a low sodium ones, that I could enjoy without getting a headache from the salt.

I love Dots, especially when it was owned by Dot herself. I am not happy with Hershey closing down manufacturing in North Dakota and laying off everyone there. Makes me want to eat something that’s not Hershey, very shady.

i have been eating these for a while now and the last couple bags i picked up the pretzels taste different not the seasoning the pretzel itself. this is what happens when something good gets sold to a large corporation who cheaps out to make them cheaper

Why can’t you make pretzels with no MSG? MSG has a reputation for being harmful to your health like potential allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, where high doses might cause symptoms like headaches, flushing, and nausea. MSG also can cause liver inflammation, damage, and oxidative stress. I assume that you already know that. Why still use it?

I remember eating these when I was a teen and they used to be super easy to eat (I have a jaw condition that makes it harder to chew crunchier food) and these used to be like the o n e soft/crunchier snack I could enjoy that wouldn't send my jawbones into pain and panic...IDK what happened truly because these are p a i n f u l to enjoy now...and not to mention...the batch I received was super salty and not exactly to my preference...could've just been my batch...but idk...maybe tone it down a notch...still a tasty snack my siblings enjoy...but let's work on it Hersheys!

Had a pregnancy craving for my delicious Dot’s Pretzels - what happened to them?! Flavor is basically nonexistent and tastes NOTHING like what they used to be. So disappointing after having these as a loved snack. Never buying again.
