This has been my go to dry shampoo for years, but in the past year I’ve probably had at least 15 cans that just stopped spraying, usually when it’s brand new or close to brand new. It’s gotten to the point that I buy 2 at a time, because I know the chances are very high that one will malfunction and be unusable. I’m sick of wasting my money, I’m switching to a different brand.

This used to be my favorite dry shampoo, I’ve been buying it for YEARS. Within the last few months, something has changed with the packaging/nozzle. I’ve gotten 5 bottles that will work for the first few uses, and then it completely stops spraying. Something changed and now it’s not usable because it prevents any product from coming out. I’ve tried fixing it and no luck. Will no longer be buying, wish there was a way to inform the vendor.

FIX THE SPRAYER!!!! I have purchased this dry shampoo over 25 times and over the last 6 months or so the sprayer hardly ever works and it seeps out of the bottle while it’s sit there. The bottle ends up empty and you can’t use it! Do not buy until they fix this issue!

I love the product when it works. The last 3 dove dry shampoos I have bought have malfunctioned. The top of the bottle will not spray the product. That makes me sad.

Container stops working after first few uses. This has been happening with all Dove Dry Shampoo containers for months. Scent is nice and product works okay for the cost but when you only get to use 1/2 the container - it’s a huge waste of money. 0/10 do not recommend.

The smell is overwhelming! As soon as I smell it, it permeates the whole house. I find it fairly effective at absorbing oil, but it does leave a white cast. I like the packaging and the mist, but do not recommend and will be returning.

I’ve been using this type of dry shampoo for years, like since 2017. Just recently the spray nozzle has stopped working. This is my second bottle that has stopped working with more than half of the bottle still left. Unfortunately, I will be switching to a different brand as this has become a pattern. I always buy the largest size and it doesn’t make sense to invest in a larger size when I get only half the product. To make matters worse, as I use the product once a week on average, the nozzle stops working once in outside the return window leaving me with no recourse for an exchange or refund.
