Q: How is this hypoallergenic when there is fragrance in it? My daughter and I are both allergic (dermatologist patch testing to prove so) so this is extremely misleading.

I have used this product for years. It has changed. Every bottle I have purchased from Target in the last year has been like water. It is very soupy and not firm like it is supposed to be. When I dispense the product it spills like water so I am unable to wash with it. I can't help but wonder if someone is watering down this product.

I don’t know what they did, but this new packaging body wash smells like bad oatmeal to me. I can’t use it anymore due to the nasty scent. Pretty disappointed I’ve been using this body wash for 20+ years.

We love this body wash, and especially the fragrance. We all, especially my daughter, have sensitive skin, but none of us are bothered by this. We really wish they had a body cream in this same fragrance, because it smells SO good. It’s creamy and moisturizing and has a really great clean smell. For those who have an issue with fragrance, the DO sell a fragrance free version…

I switched to this product on a whim to try a new soap and I was disappointed. I have eczema and acne prone skin. Seeing as it's labeled sensitive skin and I've heard good things about Dove Soap, I gave it a try. I started breaking out all over my body and couldn't figure out why and my eczema on my hands was flaring up. I switched back to my old soap and now everything is back to normal. After reading other reviews I see this soap is DEFINITLY not for sensitive skin.

It started to smell weird to me. Ppl around said it smelled like very acidic smell.Apparently there’s a whole Reddit thread of dove sensitive skin smelling weird or like vomit to ppl.

As a guy, this hits the spot. I used to use Dove Men’s Deep Clean and Old Spice Original Swagger before both companies changed their formulas for worse. I tried Method Man and even though it smelled super good, the ingredients broke out my skin. My girlfriend picked this up for me earlier this week and it’s worked wonders. As someone who has sensitive skin, this hasn’t irritated my body or face one bit. It has a nice subtle/pleasant scent and I really feel super clean afterwards. The product is a thick texture and you don’t need much to lather up with a washcloth, loofah, etc. I’ve gotten a couple of compliments on my scent after showering throughout the days I haven’t worn cologne afterwards. I really hope they don’t change this product because it’s the perfect fit for me. Male. 32 years old. Happy Customer.
