They do not keep their shape and deflate very quickly. They are flat as pancakes now and no matter what I do. They do not fluff back up. They are not supportive to your head and neck at all.

By design, these are gently filled pillows for someone who is more of a stomach sleeper, so they will be much less filled than most pillows - but again, that is by design.
