I usually stick to the Dr. Teals lavender epsom salt but figured I would try this one out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not only is the smell overly strong but it leaves your body oily and smelling for an entire day. I tried it several times to finish the bag hoping for a different outcome but nope. I will stick to the lavender epsom salt which I love.

I was on the hunt for products to help my 5 year old get to and stay asleep through the night. Since starting this, he goes to sleep within minutes and sleeps longer. This is a great product and will be in daily rotation. You get 3lbs for an excellent price and a little goes a long way. I’m planning to buy more so that we don’t run out.

I have a lot of all kinds of these bath salts. Melatonin helps fight insomnia and sleeps very well. It helps to relax. It smells incredible, and the salt dissolves quickly in water. The value of these bath salts is very high. Helps to relax and relieve stress and fall asleep with a light head and body.
