Where previous Dr.Teals Epsom soaks were easy to overdose with this one is gentle and smells so wonderful it’s easy to melt into the experience! It’s easy on the skin and the scent profile is quite luxurious!

I find aromatherapy such an amazing relaxer. The smell of ginger, ginseng, and rhodiola rosea helps decrease tension and stress. After drying off, my entire body feels so silky soft and smells amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Epson salt baths are a very basic, traditional remedy from stress and soreness; and this product gets the job done! Had a very sore ankle. Soaked 3 times per day in warm water & Epson salt. It helped after a couple days of soaking.

I filled a tub full of hot water and poured about two cups of Epsom salt into the water. After a long day of being on my feet, this really did help. Even the aroma of the lemon and ginger helped calm me down. If I had a big tub, I'd soak my whole body in it! I recommend giving it a try.

It was a bit tougher to mix with water and it took a bit but definitely a good idea to add into bathtub. Relaxed my muscles and added nice aroma in the tub. I used it with Dr Teals foaming bath and they matched really well

Even if it is just a quick foot soak, Dr Teal’s always helps. This Stress Relief formula has some great ingredients that give it a nice boost of aroma when added to the bath. I like ginger in just about anything and it is nice to see this powerful ingredient being used along with other adaptogens. It helps me relax and feels soothing after active days.
