Dr Teal's Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak - Wellness Therapy with Rosemary & Mint - 3 lbs

I made the mistake of buying this without understanding the ingredients. It contains a high amount of mentha piperita oil and within 5 minutes of soaking in my bath, my skin was on fire. I had to have my husband wash my back off with soap in order to remove it and stop the burning. This NEEDS A WARNING on the front of the bag.

I absolutely love this Epsom salt soak. I use it often and it definitely hells me relax especially my muscles! Helps with sores and aches which I have often!

So I struggle with multiple chronic illnesses that cause joint pain and muscle pain on a day to day. My job is unfortunately fairly active as well and adds a large toll. This is KEY in recovering enough for work the next day and I can't even explain the relief it brings. I paired it with a foot soak tub since I don't have an actual tub and use it for both hands and feet. Noticed an immediate reduction in swelling and pain around my joints!

I ran a half marathon over the weekend and this helped me so much with my recovery.

Having multiple spinal issues- and still trying to workout to stay healthy, lose weight etc, i can attest to the fact that this seems to help a lot after a strenuous day. Even if you dont "workout" that day. I used in conjunction with their bubble bath of the same kind- was excellent!

This is hands down my favorite salt to soak in. Great for relaxing or muscle repair from stress, workouts or overall tiredness.

I noticed a difference in using these bath salts when I had a soar back. Helped ease the soreness.

This is my first time trying this particular one. I am dealing with sciatic pain and it really did a number on relieving the pain in my leg. This wellness therapy epsom salt is amazing!!

This is a must must haves I hurt my toe and used this soak my foot with this and warm water and it relieved the pain. Very with it and the scent it smells nice also. For much worth it

Amazing after a long active day! I am a Track and XC runner with barely any rest days it feels like, I am so glad I decided to get this it really does help relax your muscles (or atleast it gives you a placebo effect).

I started using Dr Teal’s pure epsom salt products after a friend recommended it. I was a nurse working 12 hour shifts on a very busy surgical unit. No matter how good of a shoe I wore, my feet would always be tired and achy by the end of the day. I probably never would have considered trying if it she hadn’t suggested it. After the first soak though, I was really thankful that she did. It really is effective at providing relief for tired, overworked muscles. The various added essential oils they’ve added in make it even more relaxing. I really like the rosemary and mint, but I’m sure I’d enjoy their other sense as well. I usually use it as foot soak, but it’s also makes a relaxing bath soak. Easy, inexpensive treat when you’re in need of a little extra TLC.
