These fit comfortably between my teeth. I hadn't realized, until I used these for several months, that regular larger tooth picks I had used for years were pressing against my gums and slowly causing them to recede. Since using the X-thin Perio Sticks, the receding gums between my teeth are slowly filling in. So pleased.

Have tried many similar products without much success. These little sticks become flexible when moistened so they are more adept in squeezing into tight spaces. They clean where floss leaves off, so they are a great once a week or so boost to any oral hygiene regimen.
