About the Book
"When dragons run out of tacos, they travel back in time to get a fresh supply"--Book Synopsis
The hilarious sequel to the smokin' hot New York Times best seller, perfect for story timeNews alert! It has just been discovered that there are NO MORE TACOS left anywhere in the world. This is a huge problem because, as you know, dragons love tacos. If only there was a way for the dragons to travel back in time, to before tacos went extinct. Then they could grab lots of tacos and bring them back! It's the perfect plan, as long as there's no spicy salsa. You remember what happened last time . . . The award-winning creators of Robo-Sauce and Secret Pizza Party return with a gut-bustingly hilarious companion to the bestselling phenomenon Dragons Love Tacos.
Review Quotes
As Rubin puts it, 'dragons love diapers. I mean, tacos. Dragons love tacos. / Heck, everyone loves tacos.' Most young readers, even those in diapers, would agree. --Kirkus Reviews This sequel's dialed-up energy and absurdity remain a tasty--and very funny--combination. --Publishers Weekly This zany companion promises to be as gut-bustingly ridiculous and yes-I'll-gladly-read-it-again-and-again entertaining as the first. -- PopSugarAbout The Author

Seriously terrible. I found the first one okay and my kids loved it. But this one is a flop. Not only does the art look different and rushed the story is ridiculous. Talks about time travel, dragons eating diapers, and planting tacos to grow taco trees. Overall it’s silly and not in a fun way. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Disappointed - 3 years ago, Verified purchaser
We love the original Dragons Love Tacos but the sequel is disappointing. It's overly silly (and I usually like silly!) and hard to follow. my son quickly lost interest.
Great book!

The first book is a favorite for the whole family. We do taco Tuesdays in our home & my 6 year old loves all thing dragon/dinosaur. Very funny writing style & cute/cool illustration. I’d recommend buying 1 & 2 as a gift set. We got the hardcovers because it’s going to be a family classic for us, but paperback is also available.
Good gift
