I bought this bed a year ago and I was barely able to put it together, I had missing nuts and the Dream On Me team helped me and send me replacements. I really appreciate it so much. The toddler bed has a great design and and it’s easy to assemble.

My toddler (2.5y/o) loves her bed so much!! She's been having trouble sleeping alone before we got her this Dream On Me toddler bed frame. Now, she always do a big girl sleep in her own bed! It feels sturdy and just the enough height for my toddler to get on and off safely.

Received this bed second hand and it’s working out great so far. It clearly held up well for the original owners because it still looks new. We are using it for my 18 month old because he started trying to climb out of his crib. This bed is working out perfect because the mattress is low to the ground so there’s not far for him to fall if he does fall out of bed, but that hasn’t really even been an issue aside for a few random nights. On top of how well it’s working customer service support was great as well - there was a piece of hardware I needed to reattach the railings and they were willing to support me even though I wasn’t the original purchaser - so shout out to them for backing their product no matter what!

This was gifted to me after I took in my 3 small grandchildren. Went to put it together and there were 2 legs missing. I have no receipt as it was a gift. Customer service did not hesitate to send me replacement parts at no charge. Very helpful and much appreciated

I bought a bed off of a lady on Facebook flea market. The bed was still in the original box dated back to 2018. She didn’t tell me it was missing parts ,, I took to the website to see if I could still buy parts for it. I ended up email tech support and asked for the part so I could buy it and finish this beautiful brand new bed! They got back to me fairly quick and I did not end up paying for the part that the end of this whole mess! I want to thank Sim && the company for the no charge on shipping or product part to complete my daughters bed!

SO UPSET. I bought this bed about a month ago for my little girl and when it came in we noticed it was missing a piece. Let target customer service know and told me i'd be receiving a replacement part and nothing. Beware when ordering this bed!
