We bought this crib 4 years ago and we love it. We are getting ready for or second child and went to put it back together and was missing a barrel nut. We contacted support and they sent one out for free.

I haven't put the crib together as of yet. Upon receiving I was missing the base piece for the crib, which was disappointing. I contacted customer service, spoke with Anna, a customer service representative and was promptly delivered the missing piece! I'm truly satisfied with this product and their customer service. I would recommend, if not this crib, but any crib from this company!

Bought this for baby #3 and absolutely love it! Due in October, but I was able to assemble it myself easily, and I LOVE the design. It looks like it would be super expensive but is so affordable! Came with a couple scratches but not even noticeable.
