Bought a 6 drawer dresser and was excited to build it since I just moved and needed furniture, but instead received a 3 drawer dresser. Instead of being able to receive the product I paid for, I have to return it to get a refund since only you're only able to do refunds. I only realized after building the first two drawers and noticed there weren't enough pieces for 6 drawers and double checked everything to make sure it wasn't a mistake on my part but it's pretty clear I had purchased a 6 drawer, not a 3 drawer

I was really excited to get this dresser. It's absolutely pretty in the pictures and person, but the process of building it was a struggle. The instructions themselves were clear, but only pictures, nothing written out. Not to mention the fact the drawers do not stay on track. I regularly have to remove an entire drawer, empty it out and place it properly back on the track. I assumed it was user error, but after consulting the guide that came with it, no, I had everything in place. The drawers just do not want to stay.
