[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All 4 flavors taste great, I love that it dissolves really well—especially if you mix the powder before adding ice.🧊 I also really appreciate the brand’s commitment to using more natural ingredients, especially for food coloring. Using vegetable juice and turmeric instead of artificial dyes is such a smart move and much better for you! Also each powder mix is only 10 calories! While electrolyte drinks aren’t usually my favorite because of the artificial sweeteners and potential for an insulin response, this is a much better option for anyone who doesn’t love plain water or needs a hydration boost after heat or exercise. 🥵🏃♀️If you want an even cleaner powder, look for one with no artificial sugar, such as stevia. With B vitamins for energy boost and electrolytes replacement such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium—it’s a solid, tasty way to stay hydrated!

The flavor is subtle but it does have the small hint of the "no sugar" flavor. These are also great if you like sugar free and need something sweet!

There’s a subtle fruity note and it doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste, which I sometimes find with zero-sugar drinks. It mixed well with water and didn’t feel too artificial, which is a big win for me. I didn’t notice any strong artificial aftertaste, which is often a dealbreaker for me with sugar-free mixes. The flavors are light and not overly sweet, which aligns with the zero-sugar promise. Each stick dissolves easily in about 16 ounces of water. I didn’t notice any clumping or residue, which is a big plus—nothing’s worse than a gritty drink mix. The sticks are also super portable, and I love that I can keep a few in my car or bag for whenever I need a hydration boost

There are times where I am counting calories and I’d rather not have an additional 50 cal from just some hydration beverage, like other brands. I’m very happy with this and the flavor is great! It's not suggested to drink a lot of hydration packets if you don't need them so I wouldn't drink multiple everyday but if you are working out a lot and sweating quite a bit then I think it would be okay. But overall really really good flavor and bonus points for no sugar.

I'm used to using separate electrolytes and flavor add ins, but having it all in one is very nice. The flavors are pretty good, and not too strong at all (usually I need at least 16 oz. per flavor packet, but this could probably do okay with 8). I love the ease and convenience of having this in an individual packet that I can take to go!

Through all flavors, I had to add an additional packaging for flavor. The packages are easy to open and manage. Everything dissolves quickly into the water. I would use the packets before the gym. No difference in energy.
