Q: If your tub is designed with only one edge on the outside of the tub and the inside towards the wall is flat with no edge is this a problem, only one flap would rest on the out side tub edge?

Q: Does this bath lift have the security mechanism where it will not lower you into the tub if the remote does not have enough battery power to also lift you/ raise the lift up after bathing?
A: Hello, if there is low battery on the unit, it will not be able to raise or lower.

Q: I have a garden size tub with a textured non-slip surface. Will this work in that type of tub.
A: If suction cups work on your tub, then this unit will work as well. Please note that the side flaps on this unit are meant to be on the side of the tub, so this could impact support.
