A: The top dimensions when the table is closed is 29.92" wide x 29.92" deep. Open dimensions are 47.87" wide x 29.92" deep.

A: Clearance when table is fully extended: Main Table: 20.87" W x 22.83" D x 25.20" H - Leaf (front and back have equal dim): 14.57" W x 10.63" D x 29.65" H

Q: What is the height from the floor to the bottom of the surface of the table, including the part that hangs down beneath it? If I have a chair that has armrests that are 28.5" off the ground, will it fit under this table?
