I'm sadly disappointed! My first year buying this Target product for my split pea soup and after 110 minutes they are still hard! It is now passed 9pm and have to figure something else for dinner.

Good and Gather has my full endorsement. I buy several of their product lines for a fair price and nice quality, and frankly, Target having them in their arsenal makes everyone look good. Yes, peas, lentils, barley, pinto/black beans, and so forth. Why would/should I purchase these often bought dry food anywhere else. I seen lentils in different places, tried some, and at the end of the day Good and Gather’s taste fairly decent, and to top my long winded dissertation even further? Target delivers them to our home. Wait and relax, start heating up water and we all know the rest. 4.2 Stars.
