After I wash and blow dry my hair, I spray some on and then quickly blow it out a little bit or if I use a curling iron, I’ll put it on before I use the curling iron.

This is the only heat protection spray that I use!! I love that it goes on in the mist form and doesn't leave my hair crunchy or wet. It has a great smell too.

I kept smelling cigarettes after doing my hair, and I realized that it was this spray! Additionally, my hair feels sticky when applying. Not sure if it does much for protecting fine hair, either.

I was looking for something to smooth my hair and keep it from frizzing. This did not work for me as the sales lady told me it would. The shampoo and cone recommended has done good though.
