This large trash can has two compartments, and each bin holds about 30 liters, fitting standard 8 gallon trash bags. The motion sensor means hands-free convenience and fewer germs. The lid stays open as long as your hand or an object is in range, then closes automatically after a few seconds without activity. The is a button for opening or closing the lid manually. The lid for this touchless trash can can be lifted off easily, and underneath the lid is a power switch, should you need to turn the motion sensor off for any reason. Each compartment has a sturdy plastic bin liner, allowing for easy clean up and changing, and each bin has a convenient handle for lifting and carrying to make the job a little easier. The bins are also color-coded, one green and one black, so sorting is never confusing.
