Q: Why does this charger get so hot? I plugged in my iPhone and IPad for about 20 minutes and when I went to get my iPad the charger was so hot. I unplugged everything and I am afraid to use it. Any advice?

I would not recommend this product because it’s get so hot. I purchased this back in April but have only used it 3 times prior. I plugged in an iPhone and an iPad and after about 20 minutes I went to get the iPad the plug was so hot. I unplugged the charger and it was so hot I could not hold on to it.

Basically didn't work right off the bat. It gets super hot, rarely ever charges let alone fast charges, and it is constantly falling out of my wall sockets (I've never had that problem before with other plugs). Waste of money...

You get what you pay for. $10 just for it to overheat. Glad we noticed the overheating the same night we bought it. Had bought an expensive electronic the same night ,so obviously one wouldn’t want to spend more on a charger since apparently now big companies don’t want to include the usb or usb-c block anymore. Just avoid purchasing this block and fork out money for the more expensive ones.

Thought I could charge my phone and watch at the same time, didn’t work at all. Would charge for one night, and the next night, it didn’t work at all. I thought it was my outlet, so I tried other outlets, and it still didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend.

This boxes charges quickly as advertised, but I’ve now had two of these boxes come apart when I pull them out of the wall socket. The first one broke the first time I used it right out of the box, and the second one was only used a few times before it did the same thing.

The charge was going to be 4 hours on my phone. However it only took less than 40 minutes. I'm going to reiterate this is a fast charger it's not 20 watts it's 25 watts.

Bought this because my fast charger block died on me. Read that the description of this charging block had fast charge, come to plug it in and my samsung phone is not fast charging. Very disappointed and will unfortunately have to return.

the power adapter did well for charging but failed to withstand usual travel and handling. we use the adapter mostly when in hosptials or traveling. on our most recent hospital visit the charger broke leaving us with no way of charging any of the technology devices of which at least one was needed for medical purposes. not recommended
