A: Thanks for your question! The DUKAP Adly suitcases do not come with TSA Locks. However, the following DUKAP luggage collections come with TSA combination locks: RODEZ, INTELY, CRYPTO, TOUR, and AIRLEY. I hope this helps!
A: Thank you for your question! If the item is still under the Store Return Period, please contact customer service to request an exchange of the Luggage Set. If the Return Period has expired, or a return/exchange is denied, please email info@dukapgear.com to file a Warranty Claim with the Manufacturer: include photos of the suitcase, photos of the damage, and Proof of Purchase. If the issue is found to be caused by a defect, you may qualify for a replacement suitcase under the terms of the DUKAP Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. However, if this damage happened while the suitcase was handled by a Third Party Company or Carrier (airline, airport, cruise line, railway, bus, taxi, etc.), a claim needs to be filed with the Third Party or Carrier first. If denied, then please email DUKAP.
