You do need a power screwdriver as the last step, but the rest is assembled by hand. You will also need a type of adhesive to secure the top caps. Very sturdy and has a 20 year guarantee. I do recommend ensuring that the screw holes are both facing in the same direction prior to lacing the slats through. Very satisfied with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trellis is awesome looking. It is a bright white, and there is plenty of room to decorate with vines. This product requires assembly. It arrives in pieces. The assembly is not hard but does take a bit longer than expected. Perhaps the instructions need to be revised. I felt I needed an additional person as well because certain pieces must be held in place in order to install others. A power drill was required for the last step, though it is not listed. The tops must be glued on, which is not included. Also, the ground stakes are blunt edges and not spikes, so it can be a bit difficult to get them into the ground. Now that it is assembled, it's a beautiful piece and true to size. I'm super happy to have it in my yard.

One of the item constructed fully and the next of how we will use it in the weeks to come. It will provide both privacy and an area for vines and flowers to climb! My husband said it was very easy to put together and time will tell how durable it is. So far so good!!! I think it looks great!
