Perfect fit and kid safe! Gives the room a nice cozy feel. Gives off enough heat to warm our space. Would definitely recommend!

Looks pretty good! It can't pass as real flames, but doesn't look cheap. Adds warmth and comfort to the basement, but not enough to not still use blankets.

We love our new electric logs. There is a slight hum to them but it isn't loud. The "flames" coming from the back are a nice touch.

We love our new ‘fireplace’! All the coziness of a real fire and none of the mess or hassles. The heater could be a little warmer but that’s a minor thing. The unit looks great in our fireplace.

We love it! It is a replacement for our previous one which, I believe, was identical. We wore it out!!

It fit perfectly in my fireplace and puts off such a realistic light! We tried the heat for a short time, just to see how it works and boy does it work! I have a fairly large, open living room and within seconds you could feel the warmth. I can’t wait for it to get colder outside so I can use it for real. It’s been a long time since I sat beside a fire reading a book, but that’s what I’ll be doing all winter. Love it!

Nice looking little electric logs with a reasonable price with in extra a fast service.

The fireplace came with 2 holes in it, and a large crack across the front. It was clearly a return, the box was old looking, and filthy. I’m having it replaced, and I sure hope the next one I receive is fine. VERY disappointed!!!

This was a low budget purchase and for the price, we are very happy with it. However, when the heater is turned off the sound it makes is loud and has a whining quality that my family finds grating. Our solution is to use the heater or turn up some music. The flickering fireplace effect is very nice visually.

I love it! I have a fireplace in my living room, and it's just not practical, nor safe to have a life fire in it. The options were to pay a bunch of money to have a fire insert installed or try something different that was a little more affordable. The remote is great. There are a few options, having the heat on or off, the flames, big or small, etc.. It puts out a fair amount of heat and overtime will help warm the room, and I just love the way that it looks.

This was a great gift for my 92 year old mother who cannot use firewood any more. Perfect fit, she loves it !

Just moved into house with fireplace. With holidays coming no time to get chimney sweep so ordered the log set. So realistic looking. So comforting to look at without ashes to clean up. I really love the fireplace log set!

I just purchased the DFI021ARU Duraflame electric log set. It arrived quickly (very quickly) and well packaged. I'm a pretty skeptical guy, and have seen these faux flame things over the years so my expectations were not high. That turned out be a good thing because EVERYTHING, from the time I opened the box put a smile on my face by exceeding those expectations. Starting with the well protected styrofoam form fitting packaging. I have always had masonry fireplaces, sometimes installing gas logs. The maintenance and wear of the past said I should try something else. My current fireplace is masonry wood burning and not used for quite some time. I put the unit in place, closed the screen (cleaned the glass door glass and left them open) and pushed the red button on the easy to understand remote. I then went and got my glasses because I said to myself "this thing can't look that real"...... Kudos to you folks for exceeding your own description. How a little, light weight magic box can work so well escapes me. Thanks.....

i like it but i’m having trouble with the remote. i’d love another one as this one won’t shut off ! I have to pull the plug

Surprised how much I like this! It was easy to setup - cleaning the ash out of fireplace took more time. There are five levels of brightness and the animation in logs can be switched on/off. The rear projection of flames is cool effect. The heater can be remote controlled and while it puts out considerable heat, the fan noise is noticeable. All in all great buy!

I am absolutely thrilled with my Log Insert. I wish I had know about them sooner. Will surely be enjoying it all winter long.
