Dymatize 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Cookies & Cream

Great low carb protein powder! My previous favorite was Quest, but it has sugar alcohols (which I try to not take too many in daily or avoid as much as possible while doing keto). So I am delighted to have this option (which has no sugar alcohols) for a cookies and cream flavor. Taste is fantastic! Blends with almond milk and water smoothly to a faint gray color (as expected for cookies and cream). The flavor is faint, not overly sweet, and is more like C&C ice cream rather than an Oreo flavor. But delicious all the same. For the price and the low carb count, this brand is my new favorite go-to.

I've tried other flavors and in one scoop, there's 25g of protein. However, this flavor needs two scoops to get 25g protein. Disappointed.

Best Protein in the world. I really loved the taste, is one of the best flavors I've ever tried. In water it tastes pretty good, but in milk it's exquisite, a delicacy. Beautiful powder texture. The liquid is a little thinner than I expected, but it's okay. It is gentle on the stomach and I had no adverse effects. Perfect protein for any stage of your fitness process. Definitely, excellent quality, excellent flavor, excellent brand 🍪🥛💪🏼

Loved this flavor. It blends perfectly every time and gets me my sweet fix without the guilt. Look forward to trying all of the Dymatize flavors as they have had the best tasting protein I've found so far.

This taste really good by itself 8 out 10 only downside it taste good by its self so experimenting it with oats and etc with be challenge for a normie with no cooking skills like me can do… but she's good tho like by far a really good protein for gym day

I will say it took a bit of mixing to have it just straight in milk or water, but if you have one of those milk frothers it works great. I really enjoyed it and they give you more than enough to really try it out so you can give a honest review.

It is not the best tasting. Macro wise, it is like any other protein powder. It blends ok, can be kind of chalky if I dont shake hard enough.

While I'm sure it's great for pre or post workouts, I tend to drink protein shakes as a snack or as a meal replacement for lunch. I thought the flavor of this one was unique (usually you tend to see the classic chocolate and vanilla) and quite tasty. It does make it a little harder to use this powder for other purposes though. I like to sometimes add protein powder to smoothies, but the cookies and cream flavor could be a little weird there. I blended my powder with milk, which i found tasted good. My only critique for this product was that it didn't blend super smoothly compared to some other products I've tried. But overall, I'd recommend.

I was not disappointed by the experience. As a big cookies & cream fan, this protein powder was perfect to satisfy my hunger after a nice workout. In addition to the taste, it gave me the energy I needed to keep going through the day. The one negative I have is that I am not a fan of the taste of stevia. Although, I didn't think this was too bothersome given the high quality of protein powder.

Some protein mixes taste artificial but the cookies and creme whey protein powder tasted like a dessert in a glass. I tried it with water and milk and both blended well and tasted good. I added a shot of espresso to mine to give me that caffeine kick. Very filling and wasn't hungry after drinking. I'm doing keto right now and this product is perfect for my diet. With 25mg of protein and 2 carbs it's perfect for any diet. Highly recommend this for any diet. I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

It did its job at keeping me full and fueled through the morning and full at night keeping me from having late night snack attacks.

I find that it curves my appetite as well, which is good for my because i stuggle with snacking all the time. I also notice gaining more muscle in a decent amount of time. I have enjoyed the flavor of cookies and cream, but not at the ratio they recommended as that was to strong for me. Had to water down more. Only 6oz water wasn't as filling as I was hoping. I've been mixing this with my morning coffee, BUT! I found out it won't mix with hot water, so have to mix with cold water then can add coffee. It is a perfect flavor add to the coffee. And is a great boost to get me going. I will choose a different flavor next time I purchased. I haven't seen a difference in helping with workouts, but I don't feel worse, just about the same. I would recommend this product and I am happy to see there seems to be great deals on different flavors. I'm really happy for the low sugar content and it is a much better tasting product the other low sugar protein I've tried. Excited to have this huge sample to continue to use and create a healthy routine.
