I have to try not to throw up when I drink it

I made shakes with this powder. Sometimes I would make a shake and freeze for a bit to make it slushy.

This product has a delicious taste and consistency. My whole family enjoys the taste, even my kids! This is surprising as I always expect a chalky texture from these types of drink mix.

This came at the right time my doctor said I need more protein to help me so I can have energy and loose weight. Love the cookies and cream I drink it with water.

This product has an amazing taste and mixes smoothly in my shaker bottle with water and milk. Cookies and Cream is a decent flavor and with no added sugar, it's an obvious choice for me.

I've wanted to try a casein protein for awhile to help repair my muscles overnight. The cookies and cream flavor is so good. I'll make a shake at night and it really itches the ice cream cravings I get after dinner. I've only used it for two weeks so hard to see any physical differences but I've noticed my muscles aren't as sore after a heavy lift.

Instead of breakfast, I typically make a protein coffee of sorts. Where I add almond milk and protein powder to my coffee. This has worked for me for years. Pros- tastes just like cookies n cream. Initially, found the taste too sweet and fake. The 25g per serving is also pretty good. My usually has 30g/ serving. The cons- this abnormally thickens. I wipe it up with a hand blender and the protein settles and is thick. Sometime, it's like a milkshake texture, which i don't love. The color is also like a gray/black that is off putting. Overall, would try again in a different flavor that's hopefully not as sweet.

I received this product for free to test and review. I tried the cookies and cream with almond milk. My first was just the powder and milk in a shaker bottle at work. It tastes fine, it's the after taste that bothers me. You use 2 scoops of powder w 10-12oz of liquid. It dissolved quickly with a few shakes. As a floor nurse with not much time for breaks, it is really convenient for work to keep me going until I can sit down for a proper meal. The directions suggest drinking before bed, which I am going to try. That will help me to not snack before bed and also benefit from the amino acids that help to build muscle. While taste was my only issue, pairing it with banana, Greek yogurt, cinnamon... really made a difference. Ultimately, this is way better than those gross protein bars and have less calories and sugar. Go for it, it's only your health we're talking about.

It is GREAT for what it is advertised for as a little post-dinner treat! I love having it after dinner when I'm craving something kind of sweet. I usually only do one scoop in a glass of water, but I find it does help me feel full and satisfied! (I over-scooped once and it was pretty slimy.) It doesn't taste as sweet as it smells, but is still good! My favorite thing to do with it though, is add a scoop to oatmeal! It tastes great, but it does look comically like gruel with that periwinkle/gray color. Personally, I think the color makes it more fun.

This product is so very good to use at night. Helps me replace my meals sometimes.

I mixed it with water, milk, milk replacement and tried it with ice cream as a smoothie and it was just way to thick and wouldn't mix well. I had chunks of dry pockets all through out each drink. It had a good taste but if there's a specific way it needs to be mixed it should've been included with the product.
