Q: Is the Casdon Toy version of the Dyson the same as the model sold in Pottery Barn?

submitted by Wondering - 6 months ago
  • A: Hello there, thank you for your question. The functions of the product and the accessories provided are the same yes; however, the colorway differs as Pottery Barn take a bespoke colorway of our Dyson vacuums.

Q: How loud is this? (Does anybody know the decibels?)

submitted by Pat - 3 years ago
  • A: Hello Pat, this is Kelly with Dyson. While this does sport the Dyson name, we are not the manufacturers of this item, and unfortunately do not have any information on the noise level. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: I purchased this from Target and watched a video of the Casdon product on youtube and it showed a packet of little balls to suck up. Was this suppose to come with fake debris? Thank you.

submitted by Castanza115 - 5 years ago
  • A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Cord Free Toy vacuum features a simulated cyclone which has moving colorful balls within the clear cylinder. That should be included and already inside of the bin. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: Friend's kid is 2 yrs old & uses the actual Dyson v8 w/crevice tool to vacuum. He holds it w/ both hands because it's heavy, but he cleans up his own crumbs after eating. Was going to buy this for him bc it's more his scale, but is suction decent?

submitted by christina - 5 years ago
  • A: Hello Christina, This is Miella from Dyson. The Dyson Cord Free Toy vacuum was created with the child in mind, and is only about 19 inches long to fit in a child's hand. The suction is great for his cleaning up small crumbs and bits. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
