Q: I purchased this from Target and watched a video of the Casdon product on youtube and it showed a packet of little balls to suck up. Was this suppose to come with fake debris? Thank you.
A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Cord Free Toy vacuum features a simulated cyclone which has moving colorful balls within the clear cylinder. That should be included and already inside of the bin. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: Friend's kid is 2 yrs old & uses the actual Dyson v8 w/crevice tool to vacuum. He holds it w/ both hands because it's heavy, but he cleans up his own crumbs after eating. Was going to buy this for him bc it's more his scale, but is suction decent?
A: Hello Christina, This is Miella from Dyson. The Dyson Cord Free Toy vacuum was created with the child in mind, and is only about 19 inches long to fit in a child's hand. The suction is great for his cleaning up small crumbs and bits. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
