While it did remove makeup really well and felt super good on the skin, it gave me the worst chin acne. I had been wondering why my chin area was breaking out SO bad so i stopped using. Used it again a week later and woke up with terrible chin acne again.

This works great takes all your make up off and sunscreen without stripping your skin . Your skin is left feeling hydrated and soft . Works well a little goes along way , this product works better than other brands !

The fragrance is very strong and lingers. If it was fragrance free I would love it.

I used this to take off most of the makeup so when I went in to actually cleanse my face it was almost like a second cleanse because everything was already taken off. It very quickly melts down into a nice lather, and cleanses beautifully without being overly drying and stripping your skin of its natural oils. The jar is a pretty color, and it is scent free which is honestly kind of nice. I would definitely purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love e.l.f skincare products, so I was very excited to try the new e.l.f Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm. I was left amazed and blown away! I have never used a cleansing balm, but I have been wanting to try the e.l.f one since I love their other skincare products. I wear a full face of makeup, so I need a makeup remover that can remove foundation and mascara. I use a dime size amount and begin rubbing it into my dry skin, and I watched the makeup melt way effortlessly. It even removed my mascara with no issue, and I did not have to rub too much or aggressively. I then washed off the cleaning balm and then proceeded to cleanse my skin with my face wash. My skin felt so clean and hydrated. I usually will just use my face wash twice on days when I wear makeup, but I always feel like there is stuff being left behind. I did not feel that way when I used the e.l.f cleaning balm. My skin felt squeaky clean. I can not live without this product now, and I have officially become a double cleanser girl! I would highly recommend this product. I feel like this product alone will prevent premature aging, especially since I used to have to scrub my mascara off with micellar water and a makeup eraser cloth. Bye-bye to those products!
