A: You may use this as your only product to remove your makeup and then rinse off. If you prefer to double cleanse, you may follow up with cleanser.
submitted bythe elfcareteam - 3 months agoA: You don’t technically NEED to, but please use a facial cleanser after you rinse this off. Your skin will feel much better not to mention cleaner. Using just this and no face wash after will cause you to breakout I can guarantee.

A: It does temporarily if you don't rinse well enough, but if you rinse thoroughly or follow up with another cleanser in your routine it immediately goes away.

Q: Does this remove waterproof mascara & eyeliner? - but does NOT dry the skin? I had used the Neutrogena makeup remover for waterproof makeup, and it dried out the skin around my eyes, it was horrible.

I found this product by searching for great makeup removing balms and this came up. I decided to try it and Im so glad that I did. It works so well and leaves my skin so soft. The only thing I would say is some mascaras still stay behind a little bit after the first wash. But its so small I dont even care. And a little goes a long way. One container of this lasts me over 4 months.

I was searching for something to remove waterproof mascara without irritating my skin, and this cream exceeded my expectations. I usually use makeup removing pads, but they were too harsh. I was skeptical at first because the price seemed too good to be true, but this product is amazing! Mine was unscented, incredibly soft, not too thick, and even came with an adorable little scooper. I applied a small amount to my eyes, wiped it away with a wet cotton ball, and like magic, all my mascara was gone. Bonus, it didn’t leave an oily feeling on my skin like my previous makeup removers. I only wish I had found this sooner!
