e.l.f. No Budge Retractable Eyeliner - 0.006 oz

Works great. I love retractable and not having to find my sharpener. Truly no budge. I was crying one day forgot I had make up on rubbed my eyes. Realized went to check and it was intact, only my eye shadow rubbed off (didn’t use eyeshadow primer that day) will be my new go to eye liner.

This eyeliner could go on smoothly and last all day but the fact that you can't sharpen it (and it doesn't come w/a little sharpener like most retractable liners) makes it useless. I went on YouTube to see how eyeliners like this could be sharpened and it was way too tedious of a process to even bother with. I love elf because they have so many great products, are super affordable, and cruelty free but this liner is a definite pass.

i bought this a while ago and i’ll never buy another eye liner

At first I liked it but then while I was using it pushed itself up and kept breaking and then it all broke off because it wasn’t very much in the first place

Bought one of these in black and became OBSESSED because when you put it on an angled eyeliner brush it is sooo pretty and I went back and bought the brown for a more natural look, they last all day with minimum fading and only a little smudging, which is outstanding for the price. Would not recommend trying to apply straight out of the stick as it is not very precise and is dull, but with a little help from a brush this product is great for all levels of makeup knowledge!

I had high hopes for this eyeliner but it was just okay and not great. It doesn't apply very smoothly, but instead is kind of draggy on my eyelids. It also doesn't seem to apply at all on the waterline. I like that it's retractable, as so many "sharpenable" pencils these days are made out of impossible-to-sharpen plastic, but the overall performance is just meh.

This is a good product. Does not smudge after a while of application but does smudge a little post immediate application.

Incorrect color…I ordered the color CHARCOAL, and I received the color BLACK which I already have and did not need!

I bought this eye liner and I love the way it glides on. So easy to use.

I like, though I failed to pick black and got the gray charcoal. I think I like the effect paired with the mascara all the better with the gray to black.

I wore this all day for its budge freeness but it smeared all over my eyelid and when I reapplied it broke! The formala is creamy but maybe too creamy… I guess it is ok

Creamy and easy to apply, but beware on your first use. It was thicker than I anticipated.

Love the color, glides on smooth, but it is not even close to 'no budge'. I was starting to wonder if it was me until I read the reviews. I need an eyeliner that stays in place, and does not need reapplying. Halfway through the day, it's half gone. Love elf product, but do not like this at all.

This retractable eyeliner is so easy to use. I apy my make up quickly and more percise.

Loved this liner in black and brown, but tried it in charcoal gray and never looked back. This color is ideal for my fair skin and blue eyes as daily wear. If only I had matching mascara (**hint-hint).

Strange how reviews on this product are so mixed - perhaps it’s just the color? I purchased the black - it was insanely dry and did not apply well or evenly AT ALL. I have a few Elf products that I absolutely love, but this one is a dud!
