This has a cooling sensation on the lips, but does not plump. My friend got a different color and agrees, no plump. We said, it’s just “OK.” But I am writing this review now because I’ve noticed this is really drying. I’m not sure I can continue using it. I need something that moisturizes the lips during winter.

This formula is just not great. It's too buttery in that the lipstick smooshes down when you try to apply it. And it's SO sticky on your lips, so it shows whenever you close and open your mouth (those little strings of sticky product). The scent is also not good. It's not super strong, but it just smells like it's expired. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the clicking feature, because it doesn't allow you to retract the lipstick, so if you push it up too far, you're just out of luck. Plus, it's kind of annoying and loud to have to click it a bunch of times to just get the product started. This is a flop for me. I'm returning it.

It’s a good gloss, but not a good lip plumper. It lasts a long time, and I would even say hydrates. However, I notice zero tingles, my lips are the same shade. I did get the clear, but there was no plumpness to irritate my lips. It’s just a weird pen gloss. Gloss was great, not sticky. Plumping was moot. I love ELF, but this was not it.

It is a little odd how you can’t see the product actually dispense. I wanted to like it so much but the color is almost like a light pink on my darker Mexican lips. Not a good fit. Not the color I was expecting.

I great product! Super hydrating! Is like a dupe of for the tarte one and I love them both. I don’t think it plumps if that’s what you buying it for. Also I did think it took awhile to push up but like 20 seconds. Thanks for reading!

Didn’t feel or see any sort of plumping action. But I do like the gloss. It looks like a gloss on the lips but more so feels like a chapstick on the lips and I love that! I got clear and mauve. Both are great!
