e.l.f. Precision Eyeshadow Brush

I have used this brush two times since getting it in the mail last week. Both times the white bristles were dyed the color of my eyeshadow. Additionally, it does not transfer the eyeshadow very well onto my eyes.

This brush packs so much color onto the lid. If you want a pigmented lid, this brush is for you. It’s also perfect for applying shimmer just in the center of your eye. The shape is perfect and it grabs shadows so easily. Favorite eyelid packer brush at the moment.

This is my favorite eye shadow brush out of all of my brushes. It's so soft and fully applies eyeshadow! Easy to clean and I love that the bristles are white so I can easily see the color of the eyeshadow on it.

The bristles are soft and blend shadow really well. It's perfect for blending in the outer corner of your eye.

I purchased this brush because I needed an eyeshadow brush. The handle seems different from the photos advertised in the sense that what appears to be a shiny chrome is actually clear. For a $5 eyeshadow packing brush I would expect the quality of the actual bristles and application to be way better. It's a whatever brush really. I'm sure you could find better for cheaper. The money you're spending goes to the aesthetic look of the handle not the actual quality of the brush.

Washed it and lost it's softness. Second time I wash it, it seems fine, all eyeshadow washed out, I leave it out to dry, I come back and it turned pink. My other brushes are fine so its probably the brush? I have no idea but I'm not gonna put this anywhere near my eye. I don't even know how to tag it because this is just strange.

I did not experience the problems a few other reviewers mentioned with the color not transferring from the brush. If anything, it transferred on my lids very generously. The only issue I experienced with this brush is that the color doesn't fully wash out (that's with using Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette and brush cleansing gel). I just can't get the brush completely white like it was prior to any eyeshadow application. I will try using dishwashing liquid next time or shampoo, perhaps, and see if that helps.

I was super excited about this brush because I have the other elf eye shadow brush and it's my favorite brush ever. This one however is ver disappointing. Like another reviewer said it is incredibly so but also very compact and thick. The color doesn't come off the brush at all.

bought this brush when it first came out but I was very disappointed with it, it is incredibly soft but all of the shadow stays on the brush and doesn't transfer. I've used this with elf shadows and all the product stays packed on the brush

I bought a bunch of Elf brushes and found them to be so soft and awesome to use and after a couple of times washing them as directed the hairs started coming out and the batch of hair moves up and down inside and I can't use them at all anymore. Serves me right for trying to use inexpensive products. I don't know how they work so well for others. Are they not washing them?

This brush is a bit larger than expected, I have the same shape black brush frm ELF PRO that looks like it's the same size & shape but this one is larger, more dense and more stiff, all in a good way. I like that it's larger because it shades my lid easily and quickly & the brush is dense enough that it's able to pack on color. Very soft/easy to handle. I always like to get the most for my money so I do have to mention that wet & wild brushes are similar and just as good and they're only $1. So the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that these should be a bit cheaper. Id be happy in the $2-$3.99 range for these. Considering the competition. That being said. If u like the look of these and you wanna spend, then get em. You'll be very happy! By the way target has fast shipping too! Even during the holidays.

For the outer corner; packs on color and easy to blend out eyeshadows. Highly recommend it!

These are dense firm but SOFT brushes that apply shadow perfectly, look gorgeous, and show the colour so you will not have to mark them nor get them confused--you will always know which is your brown applicator or your gray or whatever, thanks to the white bristles. The incredibly soft firm dense white bristles :)

Not only is this brush strangely able to pack on colour, it does a bang-up job of applying a browbone shade razor-sharp under the brow!!

These brushes are the softest brushes I've ever felt. I really don't know how they did it because as soft as they are, they are still stiff enough to give great color payoff. This brush is your basic C-brush, except there's nothing basic about it. It's a good size, but the bristles are wider than they are tall which is nice for packing color onto the lid. Especially if you've got hooded eyes or smaller lids and even if you don't, this brush is great. But what I like most is that although it's super dense so that you can place the color on your lids, it is also super soft so it blends beautifully as well. Very versatile. The fact that they are gorgeous too is just a bonus. The main thing is they work...really well.

I purchased the eyeliner, smudge and eyeshadow brushes in this line. I would say the price hike is primarily due to the quality of the bristles more so than just the aesthetic appeal If the clear handle. The plastic is lightweight, and seems like it could scratch easily if not careful. The brushes are firm dense and picked up product well, but apply a bit sheerly. The bristles are a much smoother synthetic than the studio line counterparts and will require a good brush cleaner to keep them white. These are fairly decent qualityhsve and I am interested to see how long they hold up. I would repurchase some of these, but the cost is a consideration.
