Old design worked way better, the tip of this one is too thick and the bulb itself is so squishy it doesnt have good suction like the old one
Go back to the old bulb design

Redesigned bulb (2024) is ineffective, old bulb was stiffer with narrower opening so you could actually push out the wax, had to go back to an old one I had. Also, drops don't seem very dizzy like in the past.
Works well

I chose to purchase Up & Up's earwax removal kit since it appears to be comparable to Debrox, though less expensive. Unfortunately, the design of the bottle was not as easy to use since the nozzle was not pointed and therefore the drops were not as easily directed into the ear canal. Will stick with the name brand for future purchases.
Pretty Good

This did a pretty good job at removing the wax, I would just recommend that you do not use this if there is suspicion that you have an ear infection.

Bought for occasional ear wax build up, easy to use. A bit sticky when it drains out of ear but I can see brownish tinged liquid coming out

Suction tool is too thick for the ear canal. Debrox earwax removal kit has the suction tool that's more narrow and doesn't damage the ear
Works how you would expect

This has helped remove my sons ear build up so much. He has excessive wax so we use this every couple weeks. We put a few drops in, let it sit 5 minutes, tilt his head to drain, and then use a wash cloth to wipe out his ears.
Did the trick!!

Got these for my husband who ended up with a wax blockage from a q-tip, his hearing was getting progressively worse from it. We really thought he was going to have to go to the doctor for removal. The instructions were vague so we watched a YouTube video lol and it took a bit longer than expected (2 times of sitting with the liquid in his ear and flushing for about 30/45 mins after each time) but it got a majority of everything out and his hearing went back to normal right away!

As soon as I put the drops into my ear, I felt instant deep, aching pain. I thought maybe it was normal, so I stupidly let the drops sit in my ear for a few minutes. I’m regretting it so much, my ear hurts so bad I can’t sleep. I’m really hoping I didn’t just give myself an ear infection but time will tell.
Great way to give yourself an ear infection

This caused a lot of pain in my ear for a day after use. I thought I’d given myself an ear infection and would’ve taken myself to urgent care if the pain hadn’t subsided after a day.
Its a pass

This works! It took a learning curve to realize how to use the bulb syringe. After the solution worked its magic in my ear for several minutes, I filled up a cup with warm water and aggressively squished the bulb syringe to deliver a force of water into my ear canal. It completely amazed me to see it washed out bits of gunk that had been so extremely annoyingly obstructing my hearing. After a handful of tries in each ear, my hearing was restored! I probably haven’t heard this well in years!
