Q: What are the assembly steps? Trying to see how many separate pieces need to be attached. Are the drawers pre-assembled? Frame?

A: Hi Targetshopper1 - Great question! Per the instruction manual, there are about 6 different steps needed in order to assemble the drawer console. None of the drawers are preassembled. Thanks for looking! - Stephanie

A: Hey! Do not use a console as a desk. Your desk needs to be deeper, usually 22-24”min.

A: this console is 30" high overall from the floor. Standard. Can also be used behind a sofa.

Q: What is the height between bottom shelf and bottom of the drawers? I’ve looked at measurements in Q&A and they don’t add up to overall height of 29.5” as listed. I need to know the accurate measurement of the open space under the drawers.

I'm using this in the entryway of my coastal style condo. It is sleek, stylish, and would work with any style decor. I love the lines, proportions, and caning and brass pull details. It was not difficult to put together and it came well packaged. The drawers however are too shallow--just a spot for keys and sunglasses--and they're very light and noisy when opening, giving them a cheap feel in the hand. I searched a lot for an affordable console this size, and despite the drawers lacking, I'm glad I purchased this one.

I LOVE this console table; however, the instructions show that packaging comes with 12 EACH of the flat washer and spring washers. In both steps, 2 and 3, for assembling the top (front and back) and bottom (front and back), the picture shows to use 6 of each, spring and flat washers. There aren’t enough if I have to split 6 across top-back/front and bottom-back/front. WHAT AM I MISUNDERSTANDING??

So so so good! It was beautiful on the online listing so we took a chance. I put off opening the box for 2.5 weeks after delivery because I anticipated a whole afternoon ikea building session. Once we opened the box, we realized it was packaged so that there’s less than 10ish steps! The drawers are made and come inside the main part. You only have to connect the legs, bottom shelf, and drawer pulls. Took us less than 30 minutes and it’s stunning! Haven’t decorated it yet but SO good and looks beautiful in our entry!
