A: Yes, you can pay through the REDcard. eBay gift cards have a four-hour delay before the balance is available once activated.

Q: Hello, If I were to buy these in-store at the South Reno Target in person, what is the maximum I am allowed to buy? I need to purchase $3,000 (15 cards) worth of them.

A: Don't know about the number you are allowed to buy at once, but I can tell you that the maximum you are allowed to use in a single purchase on eBay is 8 gift cards (found this in the TOS on eBay). If all the gifts cards were to be $200, the maximum gift card balance usable in the purchase would be $1600.

I purchased this card online. I paid for it and the card I used to buy it shows that I spent $50 on this gift card. The card always showed a balance of zero, I reached out to target support and they said it was activated at the time of me recieving the card. The card never worked, I could not make any purchases on eBay and customer support has not helped me at all. Don't buy cards from target, they will scam you.
