Throwing away after owning for two months

I am not usually a review writer, but this diaper bag actually made me angry, that’s how disappointed I am in an Eddie Bauer product. First issue is that the straps re-adjust too easily, so every single time I put the bag over my shoulder, I would need to re-tighten the straps so it would stay in place. Next, I never realized that having only one zipper could be such a nuisance, but it was very annoying to not be able to zip/unzip from either side. I wanted the zipper to open and close from the top of the bag, but it only allowed for one side. The included changing pad was worthless, I threw it out immediately and used my old one. And after owning this bag for two months, the top handle has broken off. I expected better, especially with all the great reviews. I will say it is lightweight and easy to carry and fit in the car, and I did appreciate the stroller handles even though they were kinda bulky, but these are the only positive I found.
Not sturdy enough for every day

The inside lining ripped toward the top zipper only a couple of months in. I sucked it up since it didn’t compromise the functionality. The top handle ripped about 2 months ago. I’ve sucked that up as well since I’ve had the bag a little over a year now and returning is not an option, but I hope I can save someone else from purchasing this big mistake.

I wish it had more pockets and was bigger, used for 11 months. Older the child got, the fuller the bag seemed to get and can't hold a lot.
Only good for a few months!

It was nice bag until the stitching and zipper fell off the main opening. Also I never used the inside pocket that had a zipper and that also unstitched. I only used it for 4 months!

We received this for our babyshower and it worked great the first few months. After about 8 months, though, the "leather" handle became cracked and broken, and the mesh of the cup holder ripped from the seam. We used this bag daily, but were not rough with it. We are disappointed that we didn't even get a year's use out of it. I would not recommend this bag.

Low quality! Within a month of use, seams are coming undone. I only use it a few times a week, but it isn't even holding up to that. Waste of money! I definitely regret this purchase.
Good but does not last!

Disappointed in quality. The top handle broke after 3 months of light use. Expected it to be more durable given the brand and price
Good bag, could be better

We've been using this bag for 11 months. It fits the necessities, but I wish I could have it more organized. The stitching to separate the lower inside pocket into two pockes came out so now its just one big inside pocket which isn't helpful for organization at all. The changing pad that came with the bag is "ehh" at best. It can be thrown in the washing machine but isn't super easily wipable.
Just buy it !

10 months into use the top of the bag ripped open at the seams. I use the bag daily but am not doing anything crazy with it/weighing it down/throwing it around so I am disappointed that I have to get a new bag already. It served us well.

This bag worked really well until the top handle ripped just over a year after buying it. I feel like it probably should have held up a little better to the normal wear and tear.

Poor quality and sturdiness. Zipper and stitching came apart before owning it 2 years. The bag got the job done and was nice enough before that but easy to lose items in large main compartment and there are no other mid size pockets for easy access.

Cute but not sturdy. Baby is only 6 weeks old and the top handle busted. We have not over packed it either being that we have really traveled with baby much. Also somthing with more pockets! For what we paid I wouldn’t recommend. We purchased in store and it was $10 more dollars than marked online

I’ve been using this diaper bag for almost a year and I love it! It is the perfect size - plenty of room for necessities plus some extras. It’s comfortable to carry around but I also like using the stroller straps. Overall, I’ve been very happy with this diaper bag and would recommend/buy again!

I’ve been using this bag for about 9 months when the top handle broke and stitching started to fall out in other spots resulting in holes along the seam. I contacted Eddie Bauer in hopes of getting a replacement, but they directed me to the manufacturer, Baby Boom. Contacted them and never heard back….

The storage is a little difficult. I had an old diaper bag where you could get to the wipes without unzipping the pouch to get them out and I liked that better. You could open and close the wipes with one hand without completely needing to unpack the wipe co Rainer. I wish there was two zippers, when you are trying to get into the diaper bag with one hand while holding a baby it’s nice to be able to zip up the bag with one hand. Easy to do when you’re using the weight of the bag for help and pulling upward but when you only have the one zipper and you’re trying to zip in a downward motion it’s difficult to close. I also am disappointed that the top handle broke so quickly. My baby only just turned 4 months old and we don’t even leave the house daily and Already the handle on top has busted off. I do like the look of it and that it can fit a good amount of things in it when we will be out and about all day.
