Not pleased with order at all

Was very disappointed to find over half of my 10 can order was badly dented. Packaging was subpar at best with only a small piece of cushioning. The box that it came in looks like someone had tried to destroy it or ran over it with a pallet jack which is not Swanson's fault, I'm sure, but it should have been packed much better in the box.

I’ve been on the keto diet since the beginning of this year. One of the things I’ve missed are beans. Due to the high carb content, I couldn’t have them. While I was looking for recipes for keto chili, I found these beans used in them. So I made chili and my next recipe is taco soup. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.
The Packing Could Be Better

Only complaint is that the packaging allowed many of the cans to be dented so they could not be stacked. Shipment speed was good. Product has bee as expected. Will purchase again, hoping the packing will be better.

We love the soy black beans. Firm not mushy or soggy. They hold up well in bean salads and chili beans. We are on a low carb diet and fit in well.

KETO ALERT?!?!?! Who says you can't have chili WITH beans and stay in Ketosis?? Check these bad-boy-black-beans out TODAY!! TONS of fiber and texture and they take on the flavor of whatever soup, stew, chili you create...at about 5-net carbs per HALF CUP SERVING of the BEANS!! (which ends up being about 1-2 net carbs per serving of whatever pot of deliciousness you are using them in!) I buy 20-cans at at time as they are almost impossible to find in any stores. Best Keto Kept Secret in the WORLD!!!

Eating ketotarian for the past three years now, I've missed having beans and am so excited to be able to be able to eat them again! And the best part? They don't create flatulence!

Makes a great pot of Boston baked beans. They do need to be frozen before baking to soften but doing that and baking for 30 minutes with all your favorite seasonings make these beans a winner for a low carbohydrate diet.
JUST DELICIOUS.

These beans are just delicious. No salt and they are still delicious. They have a wonderful soft texture but don't disintegrate when cooked in combination with other ingredients. 8 carbs in black soy beans vs 20 carbs in a serving of cannelloni beans.

I need to order more. These are way better than I expected because they are not really black. They remind me of Crowder or field peas and were delicious in chili.

These beans are really good. They're allot sweeter than I anticipated but after rinsing them off really good I made low carb chili out of them and they taste great!

A total game changer if you are living the Keto lifestyle. They are slightly sweeter than Black Beans, but a few spices, salt and cheese fix them right up! Love having beans in my diet once again!
A staple for anyone eating low carb.

My husband is diabetic and we eat a low carb diet. I use these beans in all the same recipes I used to use regular beans. I make chili, New England baked beans, pasta fagioli, etc. but sub these beans for the high carb version. They make great refried beans, too.
