We are a child care program. We have used this laminator for more than 4 years. We love it! We have laminated thousands of sheets. It is the perfect size for us. We did have some difficulty with it occasonaly sticking, but our maintenance staff took it apart and repaired it each time to get the rollers rolling again. We just recommended it to and adult day program and they are planning to purchase it as well.

I liked the finished laminating product but the rollers stopped turning after using the machine a total of 5 different times. Less than 50 pouches had been laminated, only 10 done at a time before letting the machine cool down. Very disappointed, this is a cheaply made machine. Do not purchase.

Easy to use for laminating small posters or signs. However, have patience and insert laminating pouches separately and wait until the previous pouch exits the the unit before putting the next one in. Two pouches got stuck together and now the unit doesn't work. The rollers will not rotate because there must be something stuck on the rollers from the laminating film. I need to find a company to repair the unit. Too bad because it's a great unit to have in the classroom or at home and can't afford to buy another one.
