The most crucial piece -- the socket bit -- is missing from my box. I feel gaslit because it looks like some of the other bolts (based on pictures on the box) so I spent a long time searching for it. If you put out a product, please be sure that the crucial piece that makes the drill actually work is included. Would not recommend this product or company.
