My daughter loved kanoodle and finished all of the challenges. I got her this genius kanoodle and now is a must-take-along whenever she has free time.

The whole family enjoys it! I bought it for our 8 year old. He loved the Kanoodle junior and was ready for the next step. This one is definitely challenging but gives you tips to build up to the next level. My only complaint is that the pieces don't stay together well. You have to hold them in place while trying to fit in the last few pieces.

It's a simple but very entertaining puzzle. All the family love it from young to old.

I got this version and have enjoyed it, as it's definitely a step up in difficulty from the original Kanoodle. I'm currently stuck on one of the puzzles, which is a fun challenge.

My son loved the game. It is self occupying. It is very good brain exercise. I also play with it. It is very compact and hence can be carried anywhere. Keeps you occupied. The adults in the family also love to solve the puzzles. One tends to go on and on till you get the solution. I would like more information on other similar games.

This is a fantastic little compact puzzle that we have all enjoyed from my 9 year old to my hubby!. I wanted something fun and a bit tricky to do in the car on long journeys and to pack for our summer holidays. The Kanoodle Genius has something everyone can try and with a mixture of flat and 3d puzzles has kept us thinking. This is well made and great fun.

It has easy puzzles and it has puzzles that will really get your brain working. There is also multiple ways you can play the game. You can play a 2D game or you can flip it over and complete a 3D puzzle! The game comes with 7 different shapes, each with their own color. There are 202 different puzzles to try with 2 different levels of play. To play the game you pick the puzzle you want to beat, set up the pieces on the board to match the picture and then add the other pieces until they are all used and the puzzle is filled. It shocks me that there are so many ways for the pieces to fit together. The thing about this game that I find the neatest is the 3D section. It took a few times to get it set up, but it was well worth it! You can play for hours and never get bored because each game is different! This game is perfect for kids and adults both!

I bought this for my husband who loves brain teasers. He loved it! I even enjoyed it and I usually don't like brain teasers. The best part is that my three year old was even able to do some of the 2D puzzles. This was good fun for our whole family! I'll probably buy a second one for my sister who also likes brain teaser type games.

My son is very bright and we are always looking for things to mentally challenge him. We absolutely love this game. It is fun a provides a great challenge for him. It comes with a book that has puzzles inside of it. It pick a puzzle and solve it with the game pieces. There is a choice of 2d and 3d puzzles. it provides hours of challenge and fun. I really like how compact this game is. My son can take it in the car or to his grandparents house. It fits nicely in his bookshelf in his room. He plays it a lot and he has already told us how he cant wait to help his sister play when she is old enough. Educational Insights is great company that always offers great learning games. My family loves this game! it makes a great edition to family game night. We love puzzles in out home and this game gives your brain a workout for sure! We can play it for hours at a time and it never gets old. Kanoodle Genius Game would make a great holiday, birthday for anytime gift!

I received the Kanoodle Genius for free in order to give a honest review. All opinions are 100% my own. This puzzle game is unlike any I have ever worked on before. I mean that in a great way! It is recommended for ages 8-15 so I was kind of skeptical if it would be challenging enough for my husband and I, but let me tell you, it sure is! Our children are to young to play, so for right now my husband and I keep it all to ourself. We play this for so long on the weekends, it is addicting. It really does work your brain. It comes with 7 pieces and the game has 200+ brain busting puzzles for you to solve with just those pieces. You are solving the 2-D and 3-D puzzles by rearranging the game pieces. This game is very challenging and really gets your brain working. My hubby and I love being competitive with one another, but I'll admit he wins at this one!

My son just got this and is having a blast! They give you puzzles to solve and he just started at the first one and wanted to keep going to the next one after he solved it! I actually had to make him stop playing with it so we could go out! I have to admit, as a mom, I'm enjoying it as well! Challenging for all ages!!

This gift arrived at a perfect time. The morning before it came my 10 y.o. had mentioned wanting puzzles - not the picture kind - for her upcoming birthday. Kanoodle Genius is rated for users ages 8 to adult. So far my 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 year old children have tried it out. They all loved it and that is not an easy feat for this mix of boys and girls. They are unique individuals. Being a mom to seven I appreciated how both the instructions and puzzle pieces all fit neatly into the ~3.5" x 5" game case. There are both 2-D and 3-D puzzles to offer varying levels of challenge for the user. For my younger children, setting up the 3-D puzzles proved to be a challenge in and of itself. I have witnessed my children all huddled around this game playing cooperatively without fighting. That is definitely a bonus in our house. A few of my children are visual-spatial learners, so I enjoyed watching them challenge their brains while having fun. The playing pieces are small, so as always use caution if you have little ones around. P.S. Parents, when your kids aren't around grab this game and try it out. I bet you will like it. I did and I don't generally enjoy puzzle games.
