A: Dear customer, thank you for reaching out about your interest in our product. This chair has manual speed control. But there is no option to adjust the speed individually. You can adjust the lift according to the red or green buttons on the remote control. Have a nice day!

I don’t like the material.. it feels very cheap. First time it reclined the power box broke off at the screws. It’s only been used for a week and I only weigh 130lbs and it’s flattened and worn looking. Disappointing honestly…. I’ll be returning it as soon as I have the energy I’m returning it

Because of the linen fabric, which leans towards a vintage style, this recliner has a distressed appearance. The recliners' headrest and backrest are adequately filled with soft and elastic foam. It can provide considerate support to the body. Since our recliner was compressed in the package during transportation, it may be stiff when it arrives at first. So it might appear somewhat flat. After a few days, the recliner can be automatically resilient, and it will return to the original soft material. Please wait patiently for a few days. Regarding the issue of the broken screw on the power box, you can contact our customer service at targetml@outlook.com. We will provide assistance as soon as possible. Our recliner is made of iron structure and can bear up to 330 lbs, so you don't have to worry about its weight-bearing capacity. Have a nice day! --ModernLuxe

I had a hip replacement and needed an assist getting up. This chair is wonderful and even comfortable to sleep in. I had a small space to fit it in and it is not as pricey or bulky as so many other chairs offered. Plus I like the cloth over leather because you don't sweat on it.

We bought this for my step-father who lives in our complex. He is 75 years old and has some trouble sometimes getting up from his old recliner. That old recliner is now trashed. He LOVES this. It was very easy to assemble, seeing as it took me longer to get it out of the shipping carton then it did for me to assemble it for him. He told me he usually falls asleep at night in it watching TV and it is definitely his 2nd favorite piece of furniture, the first being the adjustable bed he bought last year. Great item and looks great as well. We ScotchGarded it for him in case of spills and no bleeding or fading. I recommend this for a lifting recliner. Note that it does NOT have heat or massage, but he did not want that.
