Q: Are the 5x7and 7x10 rugs the same color? In the pictures the 7x10 rug looks darker and like it has more brown, whereas the 5x7 looks lighter and like it has more gray and cream throughout.

Q: I bought the 7 x 10' Threshold rug, UPC 86093 71513 7 with COLOR/PATTERN "Gray geo". I saw this 2 x 7" rug in a store, UPC 89093 78649 6 but it has a different Color name. Is it the matching rug?

The first one that I bought was shipped completely secured in factory heavy plastic to protect it. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one. It arrived today with no protection, completely filthy. It looked as though it was taken off their store shelf, dragged along the floor, then, rolled around in the delivery truck.

So I’ve now had this rug for a little over two years. Love it at first but believe the reviews that says the rug will start looking dingy in months time AND it will wear down until it’s completely flat. I’ve hate the way it looks for the last seven months. I thought about trying a carpet cleaner but other reviews make it seem like it’s not worth it. I would prefer to wait for carpets to go on sale to get a new one, but I can’t wait, just sick of looking at this.

I loved this rug - soft, great design and colors. Backing is very scratchy, so be sure to use a rug pad if your flooring needs protection. After several months, the rug was matting down in front of the chair on it, so I rotated it and decided to give the area a quick clean with my home rug shampooer. Was that a mistake!! Immediately the edges along the two sides near the area I cleaned rippled up. I held out hope that it would flatten once dried, but no such luck. Now it's completely unusable. Would not recommend for a high-traffic area or any place subject to spills (which is pretty much any area in a house).

Very pleased. Came wrapped perfectly. Left it face done for a couple of days to assure it would lie flat, and it does. I did not want a thick rug, just soft on our feet. The colors blend in our living room,. Best is that the design does not show dark or light specs in btwn vacuuming.

Love the looks of the rug, but we have only had it under 6 months and it's TOTALLY matted down flat. The rug is by our couch so it's not in a high traffic area. I dont know if we received a defective rug and should exchange or it is just poor quality and get a refund.

I fell in love with this rug. Looked great, soft and yet low pile woven. And then one night my dog had a major accident. The kind you cringe and put gloves on. The description says to spot and wipe clean.... well.... not for this mess. I used my handheld carpet cleaner to help preserve the material from the big rolling brush. Sadly, the warm water and consequently moist air coming from the machine caused the rug to curl and shrink slightly. I've tried placing heavy books to flatten it out without any success. There's no way to stretch and flatten it. Very sad for the $200 I spent. If you have pets I do not recommend.

Beautiful rug, but if you order online it will arrive dirty. Ordered the runner and it has no packaging around it. It rolled around in FedEx trucks for days and by the time it got to me looked like it had been run over. Have to return. Only buy in store!
